Fresh peppers

Part of Package are also unique green peppers, with an intense peppery taste gradually accompanied by notes of citrus and conifers, interconnected by floral tones. They differ significantly from classic dried peppers. These are delicate and fragile, unleashing a perfect harmony of exotic flavors in your mouth once bitten. Use them whole or crush them in a mortar, they don't belong in a grinder.

Green Kampot pepper in the salt flower surprises you with an explosion of peppery taste with notes of citrus and conifers. Try combining it with dark meat, baking, and on morning eggs.

Fermented pepper is the king (not only) of cold cuisine. It brings the finest taste with a slightly salty grace. It can dominate vegetarian dishes, appetizers, and autumn soups. Due to its black appearance, it is nicknamed Cambodian caviar.

Kampot salt
Salt is the foundation of every kitchen. That's why we've included salt collected from Kampot salt pans in the set.

Coarse sea salt can be used for everyday grinding in cooking. Season with it, use it for pickling, preserving meat, fish, and vegetables, prepare marinades from it, let meat rest in a salt crust, or decorate the surface of baked goods with it.

BBQ seasoning
An aromatic blend suitable for marinating meat or as a rub. It caramelizes well and enhances the flavor of grilled dishes. No chemicals, no MSG. Black pepper releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme when ground, accompanied by the scent of lime peel. These gradually transition into a coastal aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil full of minerals.

Ingredients: Black Kampot pepper 36%, salt 29%, sugar 14.5%, crushed chili 8.5%, dried onion 5.5%, dried garlic 5.5%.

VEGE seasoning
A fine-tuned blend for grilled tofu, vegetables, or halloumi. It contains natural ingredients with mild spiciness that enhances flavor even without meat. Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with milder heat. Initially, rose and rosehip tones dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic scents for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Ingredients: Red Kampot pepper 33%, salt 29%, white Kampot pepper 15.5%, lemon peel 5.5%, orange peel 5.5%, sugar 5.5%, mace 3%, star anise 2%.
