Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the grinding for pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the unruly beads directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, don't forget to regularly cleanyour grinder. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth is enough, a brush, and a drop of olive oil. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful when operating it over steam.
