After two to three minutes they begin to develop a more characteristic fragrance for Kampot Pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.
Green lyophilized Kampot pepper It brings the most fresh taste of green pepper grains. Even in this case, expect a pepper taste full of pungency in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green lyophilized pepper combines fresh tones of freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus with a fine dot of sea salt taste.
