In these biscuits, it is exclusively 100% circular "rescued" Kampot pepper. How does it work? Kampot pepper arrives from our farmers precisely Ball -over the ball For about 99.6% cleanliness. With emphasis on exceptional quality, this pepper in the Czech Republic is still sorted by 100% cleanliness with an optical mechanics, which sorts, for example, balls that have been halved or do not have a perfect shape, density, size or color, although their taste is still wonderful. This 0.4% "imperfect" Kampot However, we do not throw pepper, on the contrary! We save it and put it with love just in our circular biscuits from Zeman.
