Just like .pepper..field, which supports Cambodian farmers, Wild & Coco is closely connected to Thai families from whom it purchases coconuts under fair conditions, striving to improve their socioeconomic situation.

Coconut flesh is revitalized with carefully selected probiotic strains. The coconuts come from Thai coconut groves, where they are cultivated with a completely ecological approach, similar to the case of Kampot pepper.

Ingredients

The red Kampot pepper you find in the product is a specialty of Kampot plantations.

On these plantations, peppercorns are allowed to ripen to a deep red color full of fructose. They are then harvested and sun-dried, acquiring their characteristic dark red color.

The rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a milder spiciness. Initially, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.

Ingredients: Coconut syrup 47%, dried coconut drink 22.5% (extract from coconut pulp 97%, tapioca starch, acacia fiber), roasted coconut paste 21.5%, cashew nuts 6%, red Kampot pepper 3%.

During fermentation, the coconut pulp acquires probiotic components, which positively influence the health and balance of the intestinal microbiome. It helps balance hormonal fluctuations, reduce fatigue and stress, and aids in the treatment of inflammations. It is a completely vegan product, so even people with lactose allergies and all plant-based diet enthusiasts can enjoy probiotics in this form.

Usage
