The high-quality seasoning blends Chefs´ Touch are the result of a collaboration with the award-winning Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge from the early rounds of the MasterChef cooking competition, and the chef at Prague’s Red Deer. He teamed up with the German Michelin chef Patrik Jaroš to create the perfect final seasoning for both the kitchen and the grill for all types of dishes.

In this blend you will find carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to infuse your dishes from this year’s grilling with a familiar aroma. Try the combination of Kampot black pepper, porcini mushrooms, and thyme, which evoke the rustic cuisine of our parents and grandparents who used to take you into the forest at dawn.

Ingredients

Black pepper, when ground, releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme accompanied by the aroma of lime peel.

They gradually blend into a seaside aroma with emerging fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, which is accompanied by the scent of pine and the earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.

Composition: Black Kampot pepper 73%, dried garlic 9%, dried porcini mushrooms 7.5%, thyme 6%, salt 4.5%.
