The quality seasoning blends Chefs´ Touch are the result of a collaboration with award-winning Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge from the top ranks of the MasterChef cooking competition and the chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He teamed up with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaroš to create the perfect final seasoning for both the kitchen and the grill for all types of dishes.

The blend is designed to enrich vegetable dishes and enhance their already excellent flavor. The combination of red and white Kampot pepper with citrus peel and star anise will bring your light meals and side dishes an additional refreshing dimension that vegetables normally lack.

Ingredients

The rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a subtler spiciness.

At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Composition: Red Kampot pepper 33%, salt 29%, white Kampot pepper 15.5%, lemon peel 5.5%, orange peel 5.5%, sugar 5.5%, nutmeg flower 3%, star anise 2%.
